We help member-based organizations increase engagement and retention, deliver new benefits, and develop sources of non-dues revenue – all with the clear vision of enabling members to connect, share and learn.

Since 2010, eConverse Social Media has worked with member-based organizations to make their websites and online communities an amazing user experience and member benefit.

With years of experience in both community management and web design, we provide our clients with a contemporary design and customized solution to create an intuitive user experience that’s responsive, personalized and engaging.

Here are some things we love: collaboration, problem-solving, innovation and coffee.

We have a long-standing partnership with D.C.-based, HigherLogic, and are frequent presenters at the Higher Logic User Group Super Forum and the American Society of Association Executives annual meeting.

Strategy

Our Role

Developing an online strategy that positions your association for long-term growth is super important. We’ll talk with your team, do some investigative work, crunch some numbers and create the perfect sustainable strategy.

Design

Great design is a balance between form and function and captures your members’ attention right from the start.

Our Role

The best designs not only look good, but are easy to use. We create beautiful designs for websites, communities, chapter microsites, mobile sites and more – all with the latest trends and usability in mind.

Training

Learning how to use your website effectively is important and will ensure your organization is staying ahead of the curve.

Our Role

We’ll teach you how to update and manage your Higher Logic website and community through one-on-one instruction, webinars and written documentation so you can keep your site looking fresh for years to come.

Implementation

Once we have a strategy and a gorgeous design, it’s time to show the world! Implementation is often no small task – that’s where we come in.

Our Role

We work as an extension of your team, project manage with Higher Logic, configure the new site to your specifications, and migrate content from the old site to your new one, ensuring a finished product to be proud of.

Community Management

A successful community is like a puppy – it requires lots of attention, nurturing and training to grow into your organization’s best friend.

Our Role

eConverse will manage the day-to-day operations of your communities, work with members to trouble-shoot issues, measure monthly metrics and consult with your team on the best ways to increase community engagement.

She loves learning all about your organization’s industry and knows more about fields like public works engineering, laundromats, event planning and international moving than she ever thought possible.

Jamie is a metrics and analysis wizard, really helping us discover where your community is succeeding and where there is room for improvement. Jamie is based in Florida (we're jealous!), and is a veteran of the association industry, most recently with the Coin Laundry Association.

When not researching how best to use social media for eConverse, Sarah manages her own theatre company with a group of friends.
