CXPA Insight Exchange

This is a 2-day conference that is focused on Member 2 Member sharing. You will hear about best practices, meet amazing peers and talk about the current issues and trends in CX.

The 2016 Insight Exchange was held in Atlanta on May 3-4, 2016. The next event will be May 16-17, 2017 in Phoenix, Arizona.

European Insight Exchange

Customer Spark

This is a new event format that all CXPA Members are invited to attend. This event is focused on best practice presentations by CX practitioners (meaning those who have a CX role inside a company that does not sell CX services or tools). It’s an amazing event. Executive Summit

This is an invitation only event for CX practitioners (those who have a CX role inside a company that does not sell CX services or tools) at the Vice President level and above. Come to an all day event of hosted discussions, conversations and problem solving. We have launched this recently with an overwhelming interest for continued events. Stay tuned for our next event.
