New Hires

Bob Azman, CCXP, has been hired by CWT as the Vice President, Traveler Services Americas. Based in Minneapolis, Bob will be responsible for all of the region’s activities and operations related to traveler bookings and support as well as delivering an excellent customer experience in an efficient and seamless manner at the point of sale. Bob brings 35 years of business and service operation leadership to this role as well as a sought after expertise in improving the customer experience.

Annette Franz has been hired by Compellon as Vice President, Client Experience. In her new role, she'll spearhead Compellon's global client experience strategy, not only ensuring clients have a great experience but also developing and delivering consulting services wrapped around implementation and execution of Compellon20|20 Customer Analytics. Annette adds, "I'm excited to join the Compellon team and am looking forward to working with our clients to help them incorporate Compellon20|20 into their CX improvement strategies in order to make some real changes in those areas that matter most to their customers.

Gill Moore has joined Monsoon Accessorize as its first Chief Customer Officer. Moore joined New Look in 2011 as customer experience and trade planning director and was promoted to group marketing director six month later. Prior to that she was store development and customer experience director at Matalan for 13 years from 1998.


Bernie Kassar has been appointed as Xactly’s first Chief Customer Officer. As CCO, Kassar will be solely focused on ensuring the long-term success of one of Xactly’s most critical assets, its customers. This includes managing customer loyalty, service and relationships and driving a customer-centric experience throughout the company.
